Accelerated results consulting services focuses on achieving immediate value for clients and is ideal for those situations where a full-scale consulting engagement is not appropriate or desired. Some scenarios where accelerated results consulting would apply:

- You are in the middle of a competitive RFP process and want to improve the effectiveness of that process and its supporting elements (creation of RFP documents, identifying requirements, developing evaluation criteria, selecting suppliers, etc.);
- You are responding or want to respond to a RFP and need access to expertise to increase your opportunity for success in winning the business;
- You want to improve decision-making criteria when selecting a business partner;
- You need access to expertise on managing existing contracts and negotiating new contracts.

GOLD
For a $500 investment, you will receive:
- Unlimited email exchange for up to five (5) business days;
- Up to one hour (cumulatively) of phone consulting;
- Review of one set of documentation (up to 50 pages of content)
PLATINUM
For a $2,500 investment, you will receive one (1) month of:
- Unlimited email exchange;
- Up to ten hours (cumulatively) of phone consulting;
- For an additional $1,000 we will include a review of relevant documentation.
For both options, should you engage ACM Consulting for a larger consulting engagement within 30 days of using our accelerated results consulting services, your initial investment will be credited back to you.
