Leverage your strengths or be a Seahawk?

For those who watched the Super Bowl last night, you saw Seattle lose the game because they went away from their strengths. They have one of the best running backs in football. They were on the one yard line. They had three opportunities to score, and there were only 25 seconds left in the game. A touchdown virtually assured them of the Super Bowl victory.

Instead of playing to their strengths and running in for a touchdown, the Seahawks elected to throw a pass. The pass was intercepted and the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl. The next few months will be spent analyzing why a pass was called in that situation.

Seattle went away from their strengths and lost. What strengths are you not leveraging, causing you to lose what should be rightfully yours?
